Kapture Photobooths began from my love of events, creativity and connection. I’m Killian, and what started as a simple idea has grown into a trusted photobooth service for weddings, birthdays, school balls and corporate events across Perth.

My focus is on making your experience fun, effortless and memorable, with modern setups, high-quality photos, custom designs and friendly, professional service at every event.

Our booth requires a 2m × 2m square space for the backdrop and booth to fit comfortably, plus a little room in front for guests and props. We’ll work with you and your venue to find the best spot.

Setup and pack-down are all taken care of by our team and don’t count toward your booked hire time. We arrive early to make sure everything is ready to go before your session starts.

Yes! A friendly, professional attendant is included with every booking. They manage the booth during the event, help guests, maintain quality, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Guests can take unlimited photos during the rental period, and depending on your package, prints are included for everyone in each session.

Yes! Outdoor events are fine as long as the setup area is sheltered from rain and direct sun and there’s access to power. If weather is a concern, we can work with you on a backup plan.

Digital photos are uploaded to an online gallery within 24 hours of your event, making it easy to view, download, and share. You’ll be sent a link as soon as it’s ready, and anyone with the link will be able to access the gallery, so you can share it with family and friends.

Yes, a 10% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before the event. Dates aren’t held without a deposit, so we recommend booking as soon as you’re ready.
